WHAT YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE CHRISTIAN KANE VIP MEET & GREET LAMINATE (aka The Rules):
ALL DETAILS DAY OF SHOW EVENTS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU THE WEEK OF THE SHOW. Because of arrangements with the venues, the Meet & Greet time is not confirmed until the same week as the show.
You MUST register for your Meet & Greet online or by phone at least 10 business days prior to the concert where you want to attend the Meet & Greet. You may register at www.ChristianKane.com/vip or by calling Brand X Management at 615.349.1169. Only those who have timely registered will be allowed Meet & Greet access.
You must be at the designated area at the venue at the time required. YOU MUST BRING A VALID PHOTO ID MATCHING THE NAME ON THE ORDER (BILLING OR WILL-CALL NAME) TO GAIN ENTRY. PLEASE BRING A COPY OF YOUR PRINTED ORDER RECEIPT TO EXPEDITIE THE CHECK-IN PROCESS.
Please do not arrive late, as late arrivals cannot be guaranteed access to the Meet & Greet. Refunds or other forms of compensation will not be given, but you will be able to use your unused VIP laminate at a later date. Please DO NOT ask either the Box Office staff OR venue security about details of Meet & Greet other than location and time. They may not be familiar with the details associated with this VIP package.
The VIP PACKAGE NUMBER is the number on your receipt for the VIP Package that you purchase. If you didn’t purchase a VIP Package, you will need to do so before registering. Visit the store to do so. VIP Meet & Greets are NOT sold independently of the VIP Package.
- Meet & Greet information will be sent out the 1 week prior to the show.
- Late arrivals will not be accommodated. You must be at the main entrance of the venue at the time required. Refunds or other forms of compensation will not be given.
- Concert/Show tickets are not included in your VIP package and must be purchased separately.
- NO GUESTS, including small children. Passes are for VIP Meet & Greet laminate holders only. These VIP Laminates are non-transferable.
- Photos with Christian and autographs will be limited to ONE each per person. Christian wants to make sure he gets to everyone AND has time to prepare for a quality show. No video or professional cameras will be allowed at the Meet & Greet. If cameras are allowed into the venue, you may take a picture with the Christian (*please contact the venue directly about its camera policy).
- The Meet & Greet is shared by you and a limited number of other fans who also use their VIP passes for that day, as well as radio winners or other VIPs. Please be respectful of the other fans’ time with Christian, just as you would expect them to respect yours. Do not hover while Christian is spending time with another fan. Kindly take a seat or wait patiently while he is taking photos and signing autographs with others. If you try to monopolize Christian’s time for yourself, you will be asked to leave the sound check and no refund will be given.
- DO NOT CONTACT THE VENUE REGARDING VIP MEET & GREET PASSES. VIP Meet & Greet passes are solely distributed by ChristianKane.com and venue does not have a copy of the guest list or the Meet & Greet details. Any and all questions should be directed to VIPMeetAndGreet@ChristianKane.com. Part of our agreement with the venue is that we will handle all Meet & Greet details. To ensure their ongoing cooperation, please respect their request.
- You may be required to exit the premises prior to the show and may not simply go to your seats and remain until show time. This is a venue requirement. No exceptions.
- Anyone attending the Meet & Greet under the influence of a controlled substance or causing a disturbance will be removed from the premises and will not be refunded.
- BY PARTICIPATING IN ANY MEET & GREET WITH CHRISTIAN KANE, YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT YOUR IMAGE MAY BE USED ON THE WEB FOR YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR PHOTO AND/OR FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES.
- Certain events (private engagements, fairs, festivals, casinos, TV appearances) may not allow Meet & Greet opportunities. We will endeavor to make an opportunity available whenever we can, but cannot always guarantee it.
