Christian Kane is currently starring as ex DEA agent Alex Walker in WGNA’s new original series ALMOST PARADISE (an Electric Entertainment/Dean Devlin production) which is scheduled to premiere March 30, 2020. He recently co-starred with Rebecca Romijn in the family friendly hit TNT series THE LIBRARIANS. This followed five seasons co-starring with Timothy Hutton in the People’s Choice Award winning hit TNT series LEVERAGE. Both The Librarians and Leverage were created by longtime collaborator, Dean Devlin. Many television viewers discovered Kane from his role as Lindsey in Joss Whedon’s ANGEL. Other TV properties featuring Christian include a co-starring effort in the Jerry Bruckheimer produced weekly drama series CLOSE TO HOME on CBS and a choice role in the Stephen Spielberg/TNT miniseries INTO THE WEST.

Kane has also made appearances on the big screen in Fox’s film TAXI opposite Queen Latifah and Jimmy Fallon and the Peter Berg directed FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS. He was also seen in Fox’s JUST MARRIED (which opened at #1) where he starred with Ashton Kutcher and Brittany Murphy and on television as the lead in The Crooked E for CBS. Kane’s other work includes the Fox feature film LIFE OR SOMETHING LIKE IT opposite Angelina Jolie for director Stephen Herek, SECONDHAND LIONS for writer/director Tim McCanlies where he played a young Robert Duvall, the indie features KEEP YOUR DISTANCE and HER MINOR THING (alongside Estella Warren) and the Warner Bros. baseball film SUMMER CATCH, with Britney Murphy. Some of his other projects have included tv movies HEAVEN SENT and CHRISTMAS IN THE HEARTLAND, as well as an array of diverse characters found in independent films such as HIDE, 50 TO 1, TINKER’ and JUNKIE.
